He emphasizes that broker misconduct may include the recommendation of investments that were unsuitable in light of an investor’s background, experience, knowledge or financial needs. Every customer has the right to demand mediation or arbitration of any dispute with his or her broker or brokerage firm. Because arbitration is prompt and less costly than going to court, Attorney Rosenfield resolves investment disputes through the mediation and arbitration facilities of the NYSE, the NASD and the AAA.

“Our mission,” he says, “is to assist investors in the recovery of assets lost through broker or brokerage firm misconduct. The goal is to make the client whole through mediation or arbitration.”

Holding a bachelor’s degree from The Evergreen State College, Attorney Rosenfield offers experience, skill and know-how to achieve restitution for defrauded investors. He achieved the designation of Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the California Western School of Law and is involved with several professional organizations including the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA), Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Florida Bar, Connecticut Bar and the American Bar Associations. Sharing his expertise, Attorney Rosenfield has participated in seminars on the Limited Partnership Expedited Arbitration procedures, he writes a monthly editorial for Senior Life magazine and he makes appearances on various radio shows and on the Financial News Network (now CNBC).
