Howard Rosenfield, an investment recovery attorney in Farmington, Connecticut, and in Boca Raton, Florida, helps investors throughout the United States and foreign investors who have suffered losses due to broker or advisor misconduct in arbitration and mediation proceedings in state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings before FINRA (formerly the National Association of Securities Dealers [NASD]), JAMS, and other Alternative Dispute Resolution venues.
MissionHe emphasizes that broker or advisor misconduct may include the recommendation of investments that were unsuitable in light of an investor’s background, experience, knowledge or financial needs.
